Data Collection 'Server' Software

Real-time interface software for ACD’s, CRM and Help Desk applications and ODBC Databases for display on wallboards, large LCD screens and Desktop PCs.

Real-time display software for Supervisors, Agents and Large screen displays

The next generation display devices, such as large LCD screens, require a software application that can maximise their potential. This software can produce colourful and easy to interpret displays of real time information, presented in a variety of formats including pie charts, bar graphs or using graphical images.

The client software can be installed onto agent workstations and each can be configured individually to supply the required information.

Multi Media Display Software

Create and schedule all kinds of multi-media for display in separate windows on one or more large LCD screen displays

This product takes the display of real-time information to new heights and at the same time allows it to be mixed with many other kinds of presentation material to present a truly flexible Multi-media solution. Video or Analogue/Digital TV input can be added (with or without sound), Power Point presentations, web pages, RSS feeds and, real-time data. The screen display may be configured as any number of separate windows which may change depending upon the display schedule. The display may be scheduled so that the information is relative to the time of day or day of the week. The software comes complete with an intuitive editing suite allowing you to create, and schedule, your own designs. One server can manage and serve many Players allowing you to present totally different screens to each area of your business.

LED Wallboard Solutions

A complete range of LED multi-colour wallboards for the display of real time data and general messaging.

Unrivalled for their brilliance, readability and clarity, LED wallboards offer a reliable and well-proven solution where the importance of presenting real-time data is paramount. All our boards are TCP/IP enabled allowing you to connect them to your LAN, using either DHCP or static IP addresses. Some utilise POE (Power over Ethernet) technology which means they only require a single connection. Boards can be addressed directly from the server software, allowing specific information to be directed at each board. Simple graphics are supported to enhance the displays and certain events can be used to trigger sounds, alerting users to a critical change in the data being presented.

Some of the boards we offer also allow other types of data to be displayed, such as RSS feeds and user messages.

We also offer self-contained Wallboards for Cisco ACD systems which do not require any additional software or hardware and are configured through a web browser.
