Displays for the Call Centre environment
and can display such information on a variety of devices including LED Wallboards (AKA Readerboards), Large Screen Plasma or LCD Displays and directly to the user's desktop via a Dashboard product.
All of the products we supply for this market can, and often are, supplied as software only but we can supply PC and video distribution hardware, if required, or can advise on the requirements for a proposed system.
The products we offer gather information from your ACD system in Real Time, collate this and perform any required calculations - for instance to provide a Service Level value based on gathered call statistics - and then present it to the display device(s). All of this happens in Real Time so that the displayed information is both current and accurate.
