one thing you need? Does
it have an annoying habit
of resetting after a short
period? Would you like to
see totals for the day displayed
on your Wallboard or Plasma,
not just for the last 20
minutes? Well these are
problems we have now tackled
with our new add-on module
which works in conjunction
with QuickCOM. and allows
you to collect historical
data, not just real time
information.
Often, the sort of data
that is sent to a Wallboard
is either purely real
time or, at best, may
reflect the trends over
the last twenty minutes
but then resets to zero.
So if you want to see
how many calls have been
handled up to the current
time, it would normally
be impossible.
However we have now produced
a module which overcomes
this limitation and allows
for the display of accumulating
data, typically over the
current day. Optionally,
it can even be used to
store, and report on,
data for a longer period
so that you can view trends,
peaks and troughs or totals
for the period.
Any field(s) supported
by your ACD system may
be accumulated in this
way and these can be filtered
by skill set so that only
information of interest
is retained.
