we supply.
As most of our products are
installed by our own trained engineers and each
and every system is different in its configuration,
we pride ourselves in ensuring that your system
is fully documented. Doing so allows us to provide
a better service as we understand your system
and can therefore provide a high level of support
as, and when, needed.
Software upgrades become available
from time to time and we will ensure that any
critical updates are deployed to your system as
a part of the service.
Remote and Telephone support
are key elements in any support package and we
can deal with many problems without the need to
visit site. There is no additional charge for
Remote support and we actively encourage our clients
to choose this option as we can then provide a
much faster response to deal with 90% of issues
that arise.
For an additional fee, we can
also manage your system for you removing the burden
of training and giving you the benefit of our
expertise and advice. Details on request.
